<Humwawa> hi all i just had a severe problem with firefox 1.0. after install i started realplayer plugin download and cancelled it. then i could not remove the hidden remnant of the download from my desktop until i deleted firefox from my pc, BUT as i clicked “remove software”(firefox) it caused something to happen which tripped the fusebox in my house producing a power failure rebooting my pc and putting everything else in my home on standby.
<KushiSambo> o.o
<KushiSambo> wow
<aebrahim> Humwawa: talk to your power company, it’s not a firefox bug :)
<Humwawa> lol
<KushiSambo> about removing the file, did you just try rebooting the computer?
<aebrahim> Humwawa: did you try to reproduce? :)
<Humwawa> yes
<Humwawa> yes
<Humwawa> reproduced
<aebrahim> Humwawa: did that kill your power again?
<Humwawa> no
<Humwawa> all ok my end i think

<aebrahim> Humwawa: yeah, like i said, i don’t think firefox has anything to do with your home losing its power
<Humwawa> i tried all i do for any other prog but to no avail
<Humwawa> just a coincidence eh???
<Humwawa> i hope so

<aebrahim> Humwawa: yes, i am *very* sure that firefox could not have triggered your home’s fuse to give way
<Humwawa> i believe that you believe but it was the only factor involved
<aebrahim> Humwawa: freak chance
<Humwawa> if it has not happened befor then i will be off
<Humwawa> if i try it again i will try to get a bug report
<aebrahim> Humwawa: if i ever see anyone report this again, you can be sure i will be the first person to file a bug on it
<Humwawa> thanks anyway
<aebrahim> sure
<Humwawa> cheerio all
