* NeilAway wonders what charset name equality check failed means
<philor> two charsets walk in a restaurant, one says "hi, I'm iso-8859-1" gets a nice table and gets served right away, the other says "hi, I'm x-mac-roman" and gets a table by the kitchen door, but nobody ever takes his order. charset equality check failed.
